Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy an event ticket if I already bought camping ticket?

No. Each camping ticket comes with (1) event bracelet for the event. You'll receive your event bracelet when you check in at the main gate. Each person camping needs to purchase a camping ticket no matter how many people are in your RV or tent.

How do I know if I need an Event Only Ticket?

If you are not planning on camping and just going out for the day you'll need to purchase an Event Only Ticket. An Event only Ticket is good for all (3) days of the festival. You'll receive your event bracelet at the main gate.

Can I purchase my early camp pass online?

No. Early camping will be payable on site only. The cost is $20 per night, per campsite. Early camping opens on Monday January 20th.

I just want to go for one day, do you sell daily tickets?

Yes. Daily tickets are available on site only at the main gate. Daily tickets are $20 (cash) per day and are available for Saturday and Sunday.

Can I bring in my own alcohol into event?

NO. We will be selling beer, seltzers and wine at the event on Saturday and Sunday. No carry-ins will be permitted. However, for the band scramble on Friday you are more than welcome to carry in your adult beverages.

Will you have food trucks at the event?

Yes. Multiple food trucks will be at the event, please support them. Outside food will not be permitted in event area. Exceptions will be may for baby food and food/snacks for infants.

Can I bring water into the event?

Yes. You may bring in unopened bottles of water in with you. Water and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase as well.

Can I bring my pet into event area?

No. However, service dogs, on a leash, are permitted into event area. Dogs are permitted in the campground area as long as they're on a leash at all times and you pick up after them.

Can I bring my purse into the event?

Yes. However, it's a good possibility that it will be checked by security upon entry. No large purses or duffle bags will be permitted.

Can I have a campfire in the campground?

No. However, propane fire pits are permitted.

Will there be balloon rides?

No. This year is primarily a bluegrass event. We have weekend of bluegrass music lined up and a 4-5 hot air balloons doing a glow on Saturday evening.

What else do I need to know?

Please bring a lawn chair and blanket for your own comfort.


Items NOT permitted in event area:

- Weapons of any kind

- Carry-in alcohol

- Large bags

- Dogs, other than service dogs

- Controlled substances

- EZ-up shade structures
